Hi!
I'm in the period where I can upgrade early - However each time I choose a phone I get a message saying "it looks like there aren't any appropriate tariff's" - Or something to that effect..
Why is this?
I've looked through the T&C's and cant see anything obvious relating to this?

What happens if you text UPGRADE to 150 - does that tell you that you are eligible?

yea it does. Theres about 2 phones that it will let me go to online - both of which are in excess of 80 per month.
Wanted to change back to google pixel. Suspect its to do with my current contract cost
