When will the EE App be up n running?

I need to urgently check what’s happening with my account details.  Cannot gain access.  Need to KNOW WHY there is no connection at all!!! my wife cannot do her work as her work phone is EE and she is unable to do anything.

Why does ease website never load last night trying to claim on something that I’ve paid 10 years + for, never claimed and guess what your page don’t work  Ee your getting boring sort it out!..
