Ee app does not work

This app is now the most buggy app that I have.

Since a recent update it hangs on the opening EE screen and won't move on any further.

Used to work fine. 

 

And yes..

 

I have cleared the cache.

 

I have cleared data.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I have no other problems with the other 88 apps on my phone.

 

It's a Samsung s22

Hi @mawallace 

It used to freeze on the EE screen for a minute then work. It currently freezes for 10 seconds after the EE animation, then the finger print scan comes up. 

Are you using the most up-to-date app. 5.18.1

I have the S23 Ultra.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Exactly the same here, use to work well, now just hangs. Android 11, cleared cache, deleted data, phone not in low power, deleted app, reinstalled App, tried using on phone data and WiFi, terrible.  Clearly an issue with EE

An update was released this morning. I've applied it and it now works
