EE Website - Absolute waste of my time

I have 2 accounts with EE, I have some mobile devices on one account associated with one email address and another account associated with another email address.

I could log in on my mobile, but the 'Home' page 'thinks' then comes back blank.

I could log in on PC using Google Chrome and pay my bill on one email address, but the other comes up blank (the same as the mobile app (on Chrome and Edge).

Perhaps you should QC your website before pushing it to live as its simply infuriating. I want to pay my 2nd bill but the website wont allow me.

Perhaps you should check with your database storage provider (SAP/Oracle?) and check the format of accounts to see if there is a reason why one account works and another doesn't. I work in IT and we simply would not launch a web based system that is not fully tested or dysfunctional.

The Home page takes an inordinate amount of time to display until when it is blank or pulsating dots.
