EE billing portal is absolute W***, its probably the buggiest ****test billing portal i've ever come accross, and its not isloated to the APP or Website as ive now had the same scenario happen twice.
When making a payment for Flex Pay - the portal tries to contact my bank, i get a notification on my phone and the amount is taken (albiet pending) EE portal then kick ups an error saying there seems to be a problem processing the payment - i then get redirected to the home page, the page thenm refreshes 6000 times and i get a blocked error and i have to shut my broswer or app and start again, i then look at my billing and no payment has been accounted for in EE however the amount is sitting pendingh in my bank until the transcation is reversed and then i'm marked as late payer because i refuse to try make another payment when ive just made one when EE's billing portal is so fundementally flawed its not even funny.
EE please do better and as the largest network in the UK, employ some techs who know what they're doing and spend some of the money you syphon off people to better infrastructure, alternately hire me and i'll fix it for.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your online account experiencing an issue when making payments and it is resulting in your payments appearing as late, I can understand being frustrated with that.
Have you reported the issues you have been having with your online account to our technical team? They can look to raise a ticket for the issue to our IT team to investigate further to help fix it.
