Tried to upgrade my mobile the past 3 days. Every time I get “Unable to connect to server error” when at last step of upgrading.
No idea what the problem is. I don’t want to waste time at a store to get it sorted, and I don’t want to try and do it over the phone. Why is every interaction I have with your app an absolute struggle? .

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble upgrading your phone on our website.
Could you try accessing the site using a different browser?
If you're using a VPN, I'd recommend turning it off and giving the site another try.
