Is changing SIM only monthly contract while abroad ok to do

Hi there

My daughter is away for a month in Spain and I was thinking of upgrading her monthly Sim only contract to one that included 50GB mobile data. Is this safe to do, or does she need to be in the UK?

Hi @callumski 

I hope your daughter is having a great time in Spain.

She'll be able to use the SIM as long as the SIM as you select a compatable SIM only plan.

I'd recomened checking the details of the plan before processing it to make sure it's a compatible EU roaming deal.

If you'd prefer to add a roaming bundle, we have various options that you can choose from.

Just head to our EE roaming in Spain web page to check out those options.
