Hi, I have a question about my bill. My £17 SIM-only upgrade was cancelled, but EE still took £53.49 from my bank account. I was told I would only be charged for the services I had used. Will I receive a refund or a final bill with a credit for the unused period? Thank you.

@kanybekahmetov3   Yes you’ll be refunded for any unused days. You’ll be refunded within 7-10 days
