Resolved! Why do I have so many extra charges

On one of my phone bill I’ve got over £200 of extra charges I have no idea what there are? Haven’t signed up to anything. Would like to know how to remove them to stop them for happening? Or removed

I just got a text to say my £6 a month bill is being increased to £8.50. A 40% increase ! Outrageous ! During a cost of living crisis too. BT / EE should be ashamed.
