Resolved! I am the account holder

Why is it being the account holder for the last 10 plus years, and the bloody bill payer, you keep telling me when I select a feature on the app, you continue to tell me I am not the account holder and I need permission from the account holder.....

Here I am 23rd April 2023 and still the same problem exists on the upgrade error EE gives. Cant find that page. Surly EE should have sorted this issue by now. The app and web site is useless.
