Why wont ny app work cabt view it now for weeks

I've been trying view my bills trying update my phone on the app but its constantly saying they working to improve app.I'm  thinking of giving up soon at this rate

Can I cancel my unlimited data plan and what other data plans are available?

Trying to look at upgrades on the website but every time i click on one it says page not found, is there an issue with the website?
