I've had my phone for 12 years but just found out it's not registered with EE. I have signed up for the my ee account to try and register it but can't find the settings box in the menu. What am I doing wrong.

@ThePatch   You can use any device you wish it’s your SIM card that’s important to your account not the device.   You can not register a device to your account,  but if you got that device from Orange/T-Mobile. it’s already registered to your account.    You might want to think about getting a new phone as 3G is being switched off and if that device is 12 years it’ll not support 4G.    4G devices started to appear in 2012 when EE was launched.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I need a new replacement sim card as the one I have is the large older ones but was told I have to register my phone first before I can get a replacement sim card sent to me as it wasn't registered. The website says my mobile number is not registered to an account so I'm having trouble all around.

Hi @ThePatch,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can register the SIM card to you.

They'll be happy to help.
