I am trying to gift data to my family, but since updating the MyEE app on my Samsung galaxy S21 I have been unable to login.
It gets as far as the enabling face/fingerprint login and then gives up with an error.
I have tried clearing the app's cache and memory, neither has helped.
So I went to the website, logged fine. Found the link to Data Gifting on Plans and Subscriptions page, but it takes me to a page with no options to do Data Gifting.
So, I went to customer support webpage and thought I'd send a Message, but the message sending feature is also not working!!!
What on earth is going on?

Welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear this is happening.
Once logged into the website are you following these steps?
Plan & subscriptions > Scroll down to Data Gifting > Select Gift your Data.

Yes, that's where I'm going.
The page that comes up has nothing on it about gifting data at all.

I'd recommend reporting this to our technical care team.
I have checked and can see the option so this indicates it a single account issue.
