Slow re website is unisable

I came to EE today to try and buy around 1000 pounds worth of tech in your Black Friday offers. The experience was so poor I am likely to go elsewhere and pay a bit more. I realised I have not updated my address, I spent a long time looking for options to do this on my ee and the website.  Couldn’t find. I eventually found a community post that took me through it, but the options mentioned did not exist and/or I got the message that some of my personal data could not be displayed.  I then tried to call, was routed to online chat but that dropped out. I went through the hassle of calling 150, getting a text, requesting a call. The person did call back and told me the same info as online. The problem was that whenever I went to the page concerned, only the banner and bottom options loaded. I had to wait up to 2 minutes for the change address item to load and for each subsequent page. It took 15 minutes to navigate to change by billing and delivery addresses. This is an issue that has been reported many times I now see. I tried various devices and 2 different WiFi’s (both EE) and no different.  This needs to be fixed, the back end is too slow.

I'm disappointed to hear that ordering some new tech and updating your address hasn't gone smoothly. 

Hopefully, you've been able to change your account address through your online account now, but if not, our team over the phone will also be able to change this manually on your behalf.
