Messages feature in app

I’ve been in the message us feature in the app now for 5 hours waiting on a response. 3 people have answered with “we are checking for you now” and never returned. The last person was 3 hours ago.

Resolved! Cant link up phone number to app

 Have tried for a week, the last conversation with EE was that the server was down. After a week, nothing improved. Still can’t link my current phone number to EE app while I can use data, but cannot make any call.

Resolved! My ee app not working

My ee app not working again. Called CS 2 days ago to escalate as couldn't gift data. Still not working today. Tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. No joy. @EE please fix. Always an ongoing issue.Why for the number 1 company??
