@Gamer2688  Funny how many customers will say to the contrary.   The app is a link to your online account and if accounts go offline it’s done for maintenance and that’s done roughly 11pm to 6am when it’s going to cause the least disruption to the vast majority of customers.      What service crashes?  You don’t say and the network is more than just one location so you give no information on that.  Perhaps it’s your device that crashes ?
and yes they do provide the service as the network is not just your location.

If you were convinced to switch you knew the price before hand.  And who convinced you to switch because EE didn’t call you,

@Gamer2688 , please explain your problem instead of saying network complete lies and a con of a service. Many of us do not have a problem, otherwise we would not be using EE as a network and EE would have gone under, but it has not and I have never had a problem, just like many others. You need to explain your problem and maybe we can help sort you out, you can also go to another network and see if that works for you instead, nothing stopping you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

A rant without any explanation is probably best put on Facebook! Unless you'd like to provide some detail, like the other 2 replies have suggested?....
