Can't access any product deals! Sorry, looks like a technical error

Every time I try to look at the deal available on my accounts for tv/broadband etc.. I get this error.
Any ideas EE?

I have been getting this message for the last few days.

 

Tried through EE App on mobile and on laptop browsers.

Hi,

I tried Microsoft Edge and got the same problem. I wanted to look at the upgrades available to me but ended up going into an EE shop to sort that out. It's not an issue for me now as I'm all sorted with a deal. FYI - I just tried it again now - if I log in, go to Shop, click the Broadband option - I get :

"Sorry, looks like a technical error
Please call us on 0800 956 6000 and we’ll try to get things sorted."

This happens about 95% of the time for me too and has done for 2 weeks on the days I have tried. Dont want to waste money on the phone either as I do not have ee mobile.

I think I'll go check the plusnet shop instead 🙂

I have been trying to call for the last 2 days but have given up as the wait time is over 20 minutes every time!

How else am I able to sign up to broadband?
