Can't access any product deals! Sorry, looks like a technical error

Every time I try to look at the deal available on my accounts for tv/broadband etc.. I get this error.
Any ideas EE?

Mine never did get sorted either. Since then, I’ve had issues with a PAC code request I didn’t make (and which was a system glitch), and a problem with their IT not properly cancelling a TV order… it was cancelled mid October, yet they started billing me this week it took an intervention from their “digital integrity” team to sort what turned out to be billing for a service that wasn’t active on my account. That’s despite several 30+ minutes calls to 150 over recent weeks, all concluding by assuring me that the TV was cancelled and I needn’t worry. What an omni-shambles of epic proportions

Like others, I've been having this for months.  I've reported it to EE, but no resolution.

Same here been try to upgrade for weeks, Looks like sky is getting a new customer.

Now the hard part how to cancel  EE.

Wow, 7 months later and this is still ongoing. I’ve tried everything I can think of, multiple browsers, in-app browser via the EE app and still getting this technical error. I hope EE manage to sort this, I much prefer browsing myself than being swayed by sales calls or store assistants.

Have you spoken with our technical support about this? They'll be able to look into whether something on your account is causing this to happen and help try and get you access.

2 weeks now can't get on my own account tried several browsers my internet keeps cutting out from time to time can't even log in on app anymore as technical issues and you expect us to ring you not wasting my time thank god I'm leaving soon as this is ridiculous I bet new signings are not like this I don't want no apologies a lot of people are leaving ee as you treat your longest customers who been with you for years well you treat them as if their nobodies be different if new custom but gone in 2 weeks and get told to ring you as  leaving should be the other way round customer service as gone right down hill

I've been seeing this for a long time. Send a complaint on their website. I've just had a call in response to my complaint and was told it hasn't been reported! A lot of people seem to get this but EE aren't being told about it.

FEB 2025! This issue is still on going.

At this point i'm just commenting to shame EE because this is ridiculous.

I just want to know if I could get better Wifi in my area......
