Every time I try to look at the deal available on my accounts for tv/broadband etc.. I get this error.
Any ideas EE?
Sorry, looks like a technical error
Please call us on 0800 956 6000 and we’ll try to get things sorted.

That link gives exactly the same error that I get on the App or trying to look at via Safari (tried on iPad and iPhone so far). I did try to call the 0800 number and got a text message with a link that basically dialled 150 for me (which I could have done by typing those same three digits myself in the first place, but why think that might be more efficient for customers?!) and then failed to last the 30+ minute wait time (plus the challenge that there’s no option for support with the app, so not sure which route should have chosen).

Thanks for joining us on Community @Dr_MattS
Can you try an alternative (non-Safari) browser?
Also try the link without being logged in through the web browser first.
When you call 150, if you select option 2 as the first option it will take you directly through the IVR options, rather than a text message menu.

Same situation for me on an iPhone and iPad (using the app, Safari and Chrome), and the same outcome whether or not I try to access Broadband deals logged in or otherwise.
I’m also getting exactly the same ‘technical error’ on a Windows 11 PC on the edge browser.
I can access some deals when not logged in, but as soon as it knows it’s me, it appears to lose interest and gives me the technical error.
This situation is not giving me any confidence in EE’s technical support, on which I’d be reliant if we did make the switch. I thought Sky was a bit laissez-faire at times, but this is taking it to a whole new level.

@UkzVortex98
Can you clear your browser cookies and cache.
Before logging back in to your EEID can you visit the Upgrade Here page . It should ask you to log in.
Once you enter your login details If you are presented with an error message, using the same browser tab can you then immediately go to http://ee.co.uk/login ? (You may need to simply enter this into the address bar directly)

I’ve cleared cookies and used Chrome on a Windows PC (I’ve never accessed my EE account from this browser before). I got the same ‘technical error… please can 0800’ etc page. I then followed your instructions and typed in the login www address. That takes me back to the EE website account homepage, and as soon as I click on shop then broadband or tv&sport, I get back to the same technical error page.

Thanks for giving all of that a try for us @Dr_MattS.
If this hasn't worked, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our technical support team, and they'll be able to ensure we've run all the right checks on your account to ensure this is set up as it should be.

How has this not been fixed? I logged a call months ago and this is still occurring. So expensive and no support or care to fix a national problem.
