I'm due for an upgrade, but when I tried to make an order online it gives an error ''We're currently experiencing technical issues which means we can't complete your order online right now.'' I tried to order different product and it give me the same error. I already tried multiple times in a month but it gives me the same error.

I am sorry that you are having trouble getting your upgrade ordered.
Was this happening in the EE app or on the website?
If it was the website, can you try to clear the cookies and cache from the browser and try again? If it still happens, are you able to try another browser or device?
Let me know how you get on.

Hi Michael,
I tired that already, from app to pc browser still the same. But the issue was resolve when I called 150 and place the order via phone.

I was going to suggest 150 if it was happening on different platforms so I'm glad they were able to get the order placed for you.
