APP not working

The app is not working hasn’t been now for weeks . I cannot change any of the device settings I have set or the parental controls. Just keeps saying there’s been a problem . When I dig into the web page it will let me access certain parts of my account but not all keeps saying try again later . I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times also tried downloading on a different device and having the same issues .  Can’t get through to technical support as the options are only for your broadband or mobile . What can I do to resolve this . I need the settings changed.

@bobbib27  The app work perfectly for me so it’s an account issue not an app issue.   You need to call customer support and request that they reset your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve spent 2 hours in the phone this morning everything with my account is fine they even tried changing the email address on the account and it still won’t give me access to. Will sign into desktop fine but can’t access the parental controls I need to. It’s been sent to the IT team apparently they will be in touch 

I have done this and app or website still not working,any suggestions ?
