Why don’t EEs online service ever work?

I’ve been with EE for many years, and in the last 2 years I’ve not been able to login a single time. I’ve attempted with my devices on numerous networks at different time of the day, there’s always an error.Is this a management issue?

Hi Everybody I have problems with my app account because link divice not working I would like join together with my phone number. I don’t see using my data, billing etc. Can someone help with that please? Do you know how fix this or ideas?Thank you
