When will the EE app be up and running? It seems to be out of use/undergoing maintenance work. But when it is working it is still a load of rubbish!!

Hi All,I need a copy of my bill for ID purposes, having linked my device to my account on the app, im still given no option to view one. It just gives me an option to link my device (Tried doing it again with no luck)Anyone can help? Surely it should...
