App down AGAIN!!

Why am I paying extra for switch off to drift off??????? Every damn time I need it, the app is having maintenance, seriously EE sort it out and stop doing maintenance in the evenings 🤬

You’re not the only one, I need to unpause some devices so I can watch some programmes on my ps5, can’t do that cos the app is down. What am I paying for????????????

For a huge company that is based around technology they have the most unreliable website I have ever visited and I work in the tech field, shocking this is my final year with them

How long does maintenance take ...and why is it affecting accessing my account or app. Not right ! 

I had parental controls on for obvious reasons and haven't been able to turn off for hours.

So disappointing how their own maintenance affects the access a customer has to their own paid account !!!!
