Worst app ive come across in a world of unworkable apps

I've never once been able to access my account. Are other customers experiencing the same problem?

Agreed since they Updated the app its been shocking  glitching non stop , having to resign in every time having to make a pin every time ,freezing in the middle of replying to you , absolutely shocking app now

Could I please confirm if you have both tried deleting the app and redownloading it?

Are you able to log in and use your My EE online OK?
