Upgrading

Has anyone had problems with trying to upgrade cause I have tried to do it and everytime I log in and and click upgrade it takes me to the to start and says that I can’t log in. Any advice on how to do it Thanks

Unable to gift data on new EE app

Hi,i’m experiencing problems gifting data to my other device as there seems to be no option where i can gift data on the new app.Does anyone know how to fix this, or where i can gift data to my other device?Thanks.

Hello, The mobile banking app and computer will not allow me to change my settings. It says "These settings are managed by the bill payer. You'll need to ask them to make any changes". i am currently the bill payer, how do I get this unlocked?
