I just got my pay as you go SIM card, and my number has just been brought over from Three today. I am trying to link my phone to the EE app so I know how much data I have etc and for when I need to renew the pack next month. It’s saying it’s linked when I done it then I go onto the app and it’s still coming up with saying please link a product to see you data usage, calls etc. is there a way I can fix this so I can see it?

As your number transfer has just completed, please allow 24 hours and try to register with My EE again.
