Why has EE changed so much? I haven’t been able to log onto the app for months now, every time you click on the app it states there “last minute maintenance” it hasn’t functioned properly for ages so what maintenance would this be? I can’t gift data ...

How do I view my account please and what I am paying for.  It used to be so straightforward and quick. Now it's changed and taking so long I am getting fed-up and thinking of leaving
