Direct debit

Trying to update my monthly payment but it ask me for account number and sort code. I bank with Starling so not an option! Thank you in advance for any help

Resolved! App not linking

I just got my pay as you go SIM card, and my number has just been brought over from Three today.  I am trying to link my phone to the EE app so I know how much data I have etc and for when I need to renew the pack next month.  It’s saying it’s linked...

Resolved! EE apps account

My daughter forgot her EE apps account username and password, and thus is not able to login.  Is it possible for me to register for her under my account, so that I could manage 2 phone numbers with my own account?   Thank you.

EE App wont log in on phone, works on PC fine

EE app works on PC, I can log in and check the account etc, but does not work on phone, lets you login user name password then hangs, tried clearing cache  and reinstalled app, any ideas might be something in phone settings, but im not sure, thanks
