Can’t link my sim to my account on EE app.

Recently switched to EE from Bt and it is a disaster. I can open my EE app and even link my wife’s mobile sim to it but it simply won’t accept my mobile sim - even though my mobile number is shown in my account profile! So I can’t actually manage my account, turn on roaming, see my bills or any functionality. Can anyone out there help me ?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with linking your accounts. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can link it from our side for you.

I am having this problem too . I am also unable to change my number to my old number

Welcome to the community.

Are you transferring your number from another network? Could you check the pack and balance by calling 150 please? Usually topping up or selecting the pack on the automated service allows you to then link your account.
