Unable to gift data on new EE app

Hello, The mobile banking app and computer will not allow me to change my settings. It says "These settings are managed by the bill payer. You'll need to ask them to make any changes". i am currently the bill payer, how do I get this unlocked?

Ive just purchased the nrw samsung watch on pay monthly and im trying to set up my ee account. But i dont have a mobile number or broadbandaccount number to set up. Does this mean im unable to see my monthly bills ect.

Resolved! Finding emails

Hello out there, I am with bt/ ee. EE for my texts, calls ,and emails. I cannot for the life of me find where to start to access any of these things!! Can someone please help before I go crackers. Thank you.
