My calls keep cutting off

Omg! The struggles I have been having to have no reptilian which cuts my calls esp if I have been in a long call queue I have had people call me and not get through is anyone else getting this?

The ee app is not working properly has I can't check my bill and how much I owe.

Removing a device from my account

Hiwhen I log into my ee account I can see my ex husbands phone. I have already contacted customer services to have this removed as I don’t have access to take it off. How can this be removed?
