Do you get the same message if you log into your My EE account online using a web browser and view the bill?

Is this a joke? The app and the online site never work. Right now the app is saying "Your app is being improved" which is unbelievable. No other app I have is EVER down to improve. They do this thing called "updating" perhaps you should look into it. It means doing the improvements offline and then rolling out an update. Rather than treating customers like total gimps when you "update" it actually improves things and doesn't require days of down time. And the website just crashes all the time as usual.
