Hi,
I brought my phone in for repair and I checked online and it states that I can view my quote online and pay for it. However the button does nothing. I phoned the store and they said I had to come in, I phoned 150 and they were very unhelpful. The problem is that I can't just pop in, It is super inconvenient to get there and I probably won't be able to go for a week or so.
Why can no one fix your broken website ? Surely someone supports the repair site ? Seems like a tech problem that shouldn't result in inconveniencing your customers ? I don't seem to be the only one with this problem. If I had been able to pay earlier I might even have been able to pick it up today but that looks unlikely.
Honestly things like this means that you will lose customers, just fundamentally unhelpful.
P.S. It should be repaired for nothing under warranty as I have never dropped it and it has lived in a case but luckily I have insurance and I can't be bothered to argue about it.

Did you claim on your insurance for this or send it off to our repair centre?
What was advised when you spoke with our customer care team on 150?

Hi,
I have raised a claim with my insurers but it is with your repair center. I want to get it fixed by your repair center and it seems all I need to do is pay but I can't because the button doesn't work.
The Care Center said that physical device issues should go to the store (the lady wasn't very helpful) and the store say they can't do anything without me coming into store.
Seems crazy that I have to come in to sort it out when it should be possible through the website. I can see the PDF quote and I am fine to pay it (as I can claim separately) but there seems to be no desire to fix this. Also seems to be a recurring issue as I see a few similar problems.

Unfortunately it only has the store number on there. I'm going to leave it for the weekend and see if the button starts working or if someone actually contacts me about this.

I do appreciate and understand the problems you have had made and the fact that you can't be bothered to argue but honestly 100% night don't do it that way again, MAKE SURE YOU CLAIM ON YOUR INSURANCE AND DEPENDING ON WHAT DEVICE AND MODEL YOU'VE GOT THERE MAY BE AN INSURANCE EXCESS FEE TO PAY I KNOW MESSAGING YOU MAY SEEM A BIT RANDOM BUT I WAS JUST A LITTLE BIT CONCERNED FOR YOU AND FOR THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE INSURANCE BUT DIDN'T CHOOSE TO CLAIM ON THAT BECAUSE OF EE BEING A PAIN IN THE ASS.
