Resolved! How do I register a device if I haven’t got one yet?

I’m trying to register for my EE app, all’s gone well so far, but the last bit , “ register device “! It won’t let me get a Device in the shop section to get a device as it keeps taking me back to registration page! I’m going bananas 勞﫠
