When I enter my ee app and try to check my accounts it says I’m not the account holder and that I need permission?? I’m the only account holder I’m sure my Apple Watch contract is up but I can’t check nor upgrade

I have just rejoined ee and I’m not impressed. App is rubbish and just send you in circles, web page is of no help what so ever either!!!! Crap service and help is non existent….

I have never known such an app to be so useless. It's the same on my laptop. Nothing ever works. It's rubbish. The sooner I can get off this network the better.
Any ideas why I’m unable to gift data? Tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still no joy.
