MyEE not showing updated contract info

Upgrade

Hi when I checked on Monday my up grade said I could upgrade for no fee I tried to order my new phone but it kept chucking my out thought I'd leave and try the next day but now it's saying I would have to pay for my upgrades what happen ??

Resolved! App under maintenance

My ee app has been unavailable for weeks saying it is carrying out maintenance. I can’t find out how much data or see my bills etc. was frustrating as I couldn’t resolve this before my recent holiday so could hardly use my phone.

App undergoing maintenance

Is anyone else experiencing ‘We’re fixing a few things right now’ on the EE app. My son also has had this today. We both have iPhones.thank you
