EE App is a total joke ๐งธ. It's forever under maintenance !!!. Customer care advices you to uninstall & install "STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE" - You call back and they send you a link to log in again and change passwords "STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE" - You call back and they promise it will be working after a couple of days 5/6. Now it's been a month, and guess what - yesssss "STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE" ๐๐๐ค. Literally denying my ability to share or transfer data that am paying for in between my lines๐คฆ๐พ๐ซ.

Every month is the same im the bill payee so I like to know what is going on with four lines but every month it goes down and I get a unexpected bill which really p me off

I am very sorry this happens, can you access your EE account and check usage through the month?
Does the same happen using the EE app and logging in through a web browser?
Do you get an error message?
