the app has not been working well for a few weeks, I have been trying to log in and I get the message "account closed", but logging in to the website works fine

Hi @Ogonowski3 

Is your account attached to an old number. If not speak to EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account, you can then register again.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
