I have had no problems with my account until recently when my old account got comprimised and closed the person who closed it suggested i opend a new account and link my products there and i am unable to link my product nor pay my bills at all. I have tried using multiple browsers and try with a second account and i still keep getting an message saying “unable to link”( image below) i tried calling ee last week and they said they were going to contact the technical team and i haven't heard anything else since.

Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account. Then register again.
