1. Empty Basket Problem 2. Confirmation Contract not being Cancelled

1. I cannot empy an item showing in my Basket that I Never sent to the basket in the first place - No option to edit the basket only the items shown and this just takes you to 'Check your details' page.

Very time consuming and frustrating and worst I have ever come across online.

2. Also, I happened to look at 'Leaving EE' page - selected nothing, used the back button and I suddenly received two texts, one providing cost of early contract end. I do not want to leave at this time (but the frustration from trying to look at upgrade may be changing that!) . 

Are these auto generated texts or genuine 'your plan is going to be stopped' messages?

2. By going to the 'Leaving EE' page you have simply requested the cost of leaving your contract now if you were to leave. It has not cancelled your contract.
