Resolved! ee app

I cant get passed the second fingerprint stage before the app comes up with the "we've got a problem" message. I have switched off, re innstalled etc. Any ideas?

I have been with ee since October and I am really really disappointed EE claims to be the uk number one network provider for 12 years running i don't see how when I get told the same thing the app doesn't show my number or my plan i can't see my bill...

Resolved! My bill

I went to pay my bill and saw this so I clicked on £42.28 ant it said I’ve paid it but is don’t say paid at the front like the £38.50 does anyone know why
