I placed an order on Saturday to switch my network to EE and purchase a new pay monthly phone. I have received a text to say there is a problem with the order and to message EE but when I click on the 'message us' the chat function doesnt work. It wont let me type anything in the box. I have attempted to ring EE but I cant figure out which department to speak to and I have been around and around the houses. When I attempt to track my order online, it just says there is an error. Please help!

Welcome to the community,
When ringing customer service, press option 2, which should get you through to the right department, such as billing or accounts. It does not matter, as someone will connect you to the right person, I would have thought.
