cant acces upgrade portal online

seems like a few other people have this issue with EE. The shop section is just completely blank when trying access and upgrade... i cant access any deals online. tried various different actions on different devices always the same.

EE app - unable to access manage broadband area

Hi. I’ve just moved from BT to EE broadband with a new router, etc. I want to check smart wifi is working, assign devices to groups, etc but the app keeps hanging when I go to manage > broadband with a spinning circle of doom! Any ideas?
