Every time I log in to EE to view my account with my username and password and then click on for instance “Manage” it always defaults to a blank page with the word “BLOCKEDl in the top left hand corner. This only happens when I use this app. If I use the app with a PIN code it works OK. Is anyone else encountering this problem. I assume this is a major glitch in the EE software to make this happen because it also affects my wife EE app when she uses it..

Do you have the latest version of the EE app?
If yes, I'd recommend giving us a call and speaking with technical support who can raise a ticket for this.

HI, and thanks for responding.
We both use the EE login app to log in and we have always used a password and a username, this has only recently materialised, we’ve not changed any settings or changed any passwords etc. As I recently stated earlier we can access the other EE app using a PIN number without any problems whatsoever. I note that some other people in the past have encountered the same problem a while ago and they were told it may be a software glitch on the EE website. If that was the case I’d have thought this issue would have been resolved by now. Do you know if EE monitor this forum?

I keep getting the same message coming up when I click on Manage then it says BLOCKED as well. I think it might be EE software. No one else seems to have it

Welcome to the Community, @Viv_05.
As @Katie_B has mentioned here, as a first port of call it's always worth checking to make sure both the app and your device are fully up to date, and reinstalling is worth a try too.
It's also worth checking the browser version of your EE account to see if this is giving the same errors too.
If this persists from there, getting in touch will definitely be the best call, as that way we can make sure everything is set up as it should be at our end.

Just tried logging into my page via my computer and same issue - saying blocked - can see my info on the app but wanted to look into something in more detail
