I’ve not been able to access live chat for months I’ve tried on pc, phone, app and website and the chat option isn’t there only the option to call. I’m a broadband and mobile contract customer and need to use live chat. I’m being wrongly charged for 3 contracts, my daughter’s number was supposed to transfer the over so I would still only have 2 contracts.

The live chat option is only available in the EE app by selecting Help along the bottom, then scrolling to the bottom of the page there should be a Talk to us button which when pressed has a Message or Call option.
If you don't have this option I would recommend giving us a call so that our team can look into both the app issue and the contract billing issue you mention.
If you do struggle with calling for whatever reason, you are able to contact us also using the Relay app which is detailed on our contact us page.
