We have only just switched to EE a month ago and one of the selling points for us was the control we would have with the App as advertised. Having 3 teenagers and a 12 year to police we hoped this would help to make our lives a bit easier. I have just logged in to turn off the internet to be greated with a message saying I cannot access the App as it is down for maintenance (again!) This is the fourth time in as many weeks that I have tried to log on in the evening and had the same mesaage.
I appreciate maintenance needs to happen but why can't it be done later as this rubbishes all your hyoe about controlling kids internet at bed time.
Very disappointed so far, extremely under whelmed on what we were sold.
