upgrading phone

Trying to upgrade my phone but every time I click onto the browse the upgrade phones it goes back to the previous page and says cant log me in.

The EE app

This App had to be the worst / useless app out there . You just can’t get any useful information . That’s my experience . For example finding out your data usage is impossible 

My bills and payments won't load

Since a new update my bills and payments won't load and the my EE app had another update and still don't work and I can't link my EE Broadband. I uninstalled  the app and reinstalled and cleared cache it still doesn't work.
