Add users to my account?

I have 3 numbers on my account. I am the Bill Payer for all 3 numbers.

1 number is used by me. the other 2 are used by family members.

How can I add family members to my account or how can the family members view/keep track of their usage?

This is what I see under Manage Account. How do I add my Family Member as a user?

Hi @SiD34

Thanks for coming here.

If all numbers are on the same bill they will already be on your account.

If you view the last bill, do all numbers show?

Are any of the plans on a No Frills plan?

Leanne 🙂

I think I need to rephrase my question.

All the numbers are on the same bill & they are already on my account.

I want the users of the numbers to be able to view/track their usage from either the EE website or/and via the EE App.

Under Number Management it shows as User: Available.

How do I add a user so that they can at minimum track their usage?

Hi @SiD34

Thanks for coming back to me, I understand what you are looking to do now thank you.

They can setup their own EE accounts and register as the users of the phones.

Leanne.

Both extra users have now setup their own accounts.

When they try to register as a user they are presented with the following message:

This is all very disappointing. I'd rather just switch back to Vodafone with all my lines. Voda may cost a little more, but atleast it all works as it should.

Hi @SiD34

If they select OK, what happens?

Leanne.

The account bit might, there's plenty else that doesn't!

Usually the complaint is that EE's costs are higher, it's a pleasant surprise to see another network getting the blame for once.

This post doesn't help with your query at all, it's just an observation...

Nothing, just goes back to the beginning

I see, thank you @SiD34

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team will look into this for you and help the users get set up to view their details 🙂
