EE website is shocking, always displays errors

What on earth is wrong with the EE website. So many times I login to try and service my account, look at my bill or like today when I receive a text to say I have a new document, so go read it....

I then go to Plans & subscriptions and yet again get this every time - Why? The website is shocking and not fit for purpose

Or is it just me that keeps having this problem?

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

Can you try clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser, can you view the plans and subscriptions menu in the EE account?

Tried that, even on a different browser too and still get the same.

been with EE a while, similar issues in the app. I struggle to get to see my bill, any additional costs etc. It's really frustrating

I would suggest getting in touch with our mobile guides on 150 who can make sure everything is set up correctly for you, if you are unable to view the plans and subscriptions details.
