How can I check my final bill in order to settle it?

When I log in to my EE account, it always displays the message :We can’t show this right now. Please try again later.

Throughout my time with EE, both the app and the website have been unreliable, and I have been unable to view my account information properly.

As I have already switched to another service provider, could you please advise how I can check and pay my final bill?

This issue has been happening since I left EE, and up to this moment I am still unable to access my final bill. I have also not received any information or notification regarding my final bill.

Hi @calbeeli 

I can imagine it's frustrating for you when you're unable to access your bill, and you're getting an error message.

Could you try uninstalling and then reinstalling your app, then give it another try please?

This will make sure that you have the latest version of the app, and tends to solve any technical issues.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app, but the same error message still appears:
We can’t load this information. Not your fault, it’s ours.

When using the website, clicking :View my final bill, causes the page to load indefinitely without opening.

Please advise what I should do. I need to access my final bill to avoid a late-payment charge, as this issue is beyond my control.

I find this situation very frustrating.
