I used to log on to manage my Wi-Fi monthly bill on my bt dot com
When I do this, it says my final bill was July 2025 (presumably when the migration happened). I have an email saying that BT Wi-Fi is now EE Wi-Fi and all my account details have been transferred.
On the old BT website, I can actually view my card details there - will it work if I update them here? Will EE get the message?
I log on here: ee dot co dot uk, view my broadband deal and it says
Nothing but problems after this migration.
Any advice? Thanks.

Hi @Liam952
Welcome to the community.
You should be able to manage everything on your EE account rather than the BT one, especially if you migrated a few months ago.
If you are now being billed by EE, and your broadband is active, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides so they can view your account and help to get your EE account working online as it should be so that you can manage your account.
