Resolved! Complaint

I tried calling and complaining but was fobbed off. How else can I make a complaint? Have already started a complaint with the ombudsman due to terrible service from EE!

Resolved! Suspension not lifted after payment

Can anyone help? I’ve recently paid my outstanding bill but my plan is still suspended. Usually I’d pay by calling 360 but this time I done it through EE website and it hasn’t lifted the bar. Does anyone know  what I have to do? TIA

contract ended full payment taken.

my 24 month contract ended on 11th July. EE have since taken 2 full payments. I expevted the one on 21st July, but they have taken another on 21st august. Cant find anywhere on website to view credit agreement.
